Can you treat my yard before a party or event?

Yes. Our Haven plan includes 2 party/event sprays per season — perfect for birthdays, cookouts, and other special occasions when you want your yard bite-free.

Do I need to be home for service?

Accepted Answer

No, you don't need to be home. You'll receive a text and an email the evening before any visit, so you always know when we're coming.

Am I locked into a contract? How do I cancel?

There are no contracts for any of our plans — the only exception is if you upgrade to the BG Adult Mosquito Traps, which require a one-year contract. To cancel, just send us a message through our website, by text, or by email (smoke signal also works, but we don't recommend it).

How and when am I billed?

You're billed to a credit or debit card on file after each service. Haven customers are billed on a set day of the month. You can also prepay for 6 months or one year for a discount.

What are your hours?

Our office hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can reach us by email 24/7 and by text message anytime. You can also log into your customer portal to answer questions yourself — like when your next visit is scheduled.

How long after treatment before my yard is usable?

Accepted Answer

Your yard is usable again as soon as it's dry — generally in less than 30 minutes. In the rare case we need more time to dry, we'll let you know after the visit.
