The Details
What counts as an active referral?
- ✓The person you referred signed up with us
- ✓They are currently a paying customer in good standing
What happens if a referral cancels?
If your active referral count drops below 5, you have until your next scheduled service visit to bring it back up to 5. Get there in time and your free service continues uninterrupted. Otherwise, standard pricing resumes for that visit.
